I would pull them. If they are new to this, there is no guarantee that they will be able to get the tads to water effectively. As with the other coincidentally-timed thread, I would suggest pulling the leaf out, cutting around where the eggs are, and putting that piece in a container you can cover, and putting enough water in to just tough the bottom of the eggs. The tadpole tea is for later after the eggs have hatched. I think regular dechlorinated tap water works for while they are still in the egg, assuming your tap water is historically safe.
