55 Gallon Paludarium build.

Here it is in situ with some aquatic plants (mainly the "Anubius nan petite") and then some Dwarf Baby Tears "Hemianthus callitrichoides", "Riccia fluitans" and several kinds of moss (I think Java and Christmas) placed to grow in the waterfall.

You may be able to see (apologies for the low res pics taken on my phone) that the bottom right section is somewhat unfinished. I have a surface skimmer down here as well as the heater – this is in the area that leads to the inlet for the canister filter (covered with some foam for a first layer of filtration). The skimmer also acts as a kind of power head to try and encourage more water circulation. As with a lot on this tank this section is a work in progress.

Next step will be installing the misting system which I have ordered from Mist King.
