Default Mixed tank

I understand it is frowned upon, but i have a question about mixng species in the same tank. Right now, i plan to construct a 29 gallon vivarium and put 3 azureus in it. But i was just thinking, is there a species of frog that i could put in that would A) not be frightened/injured/killed by the azureus(or vice-versa), and B) not interbreed with them, so i could get eggs from both groups. I kno this probably is too much to hope for, but i thought i would get some more exprerienced keepers opinions.
Thanks

I think you will have problems with those guys alone once they are mature.

If you can afford sexed azureus, why not just get a sexed pair, and avoid the problem? They remain conspicuous enough, that you'll see both of them almost all of the time, which is just as good as having the less dominant male possibly hiding out most of the time.

I believe that azureus can interbreed with any tinc, leucomelas, or auratus. I think that is it but im not sure. Can't give much help on if they will get along with the other breeds.

It really depends on how long and how well you know your frogs.
I would suggest keeping them by themselves. The problem is not seeing the subtle signs of stress. A mixed tank can be a whole new set of problems, but it is best left for a later project. Plus you have to think about the 3 month quarintine period.

Mixing frogs of the different groups is your best bet, but I would only mix frog species that you have kept for 1-2 years minimum. I am just now getting ready to mix my groups of CR auratus and Vittatus, both of which I have had for close to 5 years. I have the frogs listed into the groups on my site Species Groups.

alright you guys have some good points I think i will either divide the tank in two parts, or i will get some leucs, my second choice of frogs.
I will start construction in a month or two probably, once i have enough money.
