Question Uvb

I know this is a total nube question but here we go. I just bought some led lights for the tank and it looks great but I have been told that dart frogs need some UV rays. I guess led's do not contain uv rays. Heres the deal. In the same room I have a saltwater fish tank that has 8 t-5s, and some light spills into the dart tank but not much. Would some exposure to those lights be fine. Just wonderin if I need to get a uvb bulb specifically for the DF tank.

No need for UVB light with PDF's at all. It has been said that there is no advantange to UVB and PDF's. UVB will not go thru glass anyways.
Hope that helps.

It doesn't penetrate normal aquarium glass or window glass well due to the iron content.

I would disagree that there isn't any advantage to giving the frogs the option of behaviorally modifying thier circulating D3 levels but there is a lot of evidence that if properly supplemented, they do fine without UVB.
