You'll need coconut stuff to cover the great stuff.

i dont even use PVC, I just use the little 8 oz display containers that I get from joshs, very even height at abot 2 - 2.5 inches...no silicone...all u need is a little tape on them...so when u tip the tank on its side to do the background they stay in place...other than that I think u got the list down... u might want to get some wood/accents too, Good Luck!

sample checklist
greatfoam(what kind)- Any kind of tripple expanding foam, Most use Great Stuff. They always have it at home depot
silicone(what kind)- GEII Brown or black
plant pots for back ground- you can use really any small pots, Plastic is lighter, cheeper and takes up less space. Or you can carve pots out of your great stuff
egg crate- Light defuser. Home depot again
pvc pipe - home depot, I'm guessing 1in dia is good maybe 1 1/2
screen- fiber glass screen, not metal
substrate - most use a coco mix, i know pet co sells it as well as some kind of reptile bedding/ wood chips, sand, gravel, spagnum moss ( they sell it cheep at Home Depot chemical free!), I usually crush up almond leaves also.Mix it all together.
pump for water- If you had trouble the first time i'd skip the running water in this one to.
wood - Malaysian works well, cork... pretty much all the sponsors carry a good selction of wood! Also check the classifieds.

what type of great stuff. i know there is a few different kinda.(i picked the wrong one up last time). also with the silicone i can never find the black/brown. only the white. also is that the kitchen one?(if i remember right that's the one i used last time)

on the water. it's for a red eye tree frog so i'm going to have a big open water spot. not sure if i even need a pump for that one. maybe make a driping wall? not sure yet

I usually use great stuff gaps and cracks. The sillicone isn't to hard to find. Home depot always has one or the other.

Add rubber gloves to your list. This way you won't have to experience trying to get Great Stuff off your skin

Make sure you get not just GEII, but GEII Window & Door. Don't get anything else- the bathroom version has a harmful antibacterial agent in it.

Also, the PVC I use to support my egg crate is 2.25" long sections of 2" diameter "connector" units. They are $3 for a bag of ten at home depot. The height is variable depending on your needs but the 2 inches of diameter is perfect.
