Default Exo Terra Lighting

What light is recommended for an ExoTerra 12-12-18? Frog type Azureus.

This is cheap and seems to work well for me. Only been using it for a couple on months. Plants are growing well under it.

Are you putting tincs in something with 1 square foot of floor space?

Yes, they are 2 months old. I have 2 tanks with 2 in each one. When they get bigger I will move them to my bigger tanks.

Bulgopyllum- I purchased the light you recommended from Amazon. Does your light get to hot to set directly on top of your tank?

I don't know how hot it gets. But, that did worry me so I glued 4 little aluminum bushings from the hardware store to the bottom as spacers. I stuck cabinet door bumpers to the bushings as feet.

you always want to have space between the light and the top of the tank. Feel the top glass of the tank. If it's very hot, you are gonna cook your frogs
