Default When do Froglets Get their Color

I have some month old Rio Cascajal froglets, I had them since they were tadpoles, they are just black now I can start to see their spots but when do they turn Purple?

many auratus locales undergo dramatic color changes, which can take 2 years or more to fully change. Rio Cascajal are not really purple though they are more black and white once they mature

In a similar vein. I have some Ranitomeya Amazonica and have had them for around 6 months. There are 4 and they appear to be slightly different in maturity as a couple have grown more than the others.

I've noticed today that one of the bigger ones is not quite a bright as the others (or as he was I believe). Could this be a sign of a health issue or is it quite natural for vibrance to fluctuate?
