Default Water pump, unclear on the tubing I need

So I purchased this 80gph pump: VicTsing 80 GPH (300L/H) Water... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00EWENKXO?...p_mob_ap_share

It has an adapter for 8.5 or 13mm tubing ... Is that interior diameter or no? (ID or OD)..

I need to grab a few feet of tubing and not sure what to order.

Well, if it is a barbed fitting (where the adapter goes inside the tubing), then the measurement refers to ID; the adapter cannot 'know' the wall thickness of the tubing.

Best bet is to take the fitting to a hardware store and buy the tubing that it fits.
