Default Galac Size Comparison Please

Does someone have a picture of a full sized red galac (other colors are fine, just prefer to see a red) compared to some recognizable object?

Wanting to see how much further mine have to go.

I can when I get home. My reds are a few years old. Shoot me a pm or text (think you have my number) if I don't post it by tonight.

Did anything come of this? I have some red galacs that I have had for over a year and they are much smaller than my yellows. I am curious about whether this is because they are smaller as adults or just slow to mature.

I think I saw red galacts at the baltimore aquarium some years ago and they were huge. Like little american toads.

My reds are just starting to breed at about a year old, and are similar in size to a male azureus. My oranges are about the same age, and a bit larger.

They definitely have oranges at the NAIB... And they were big! I swear they were close to the size of my orange terribilis.

They may have reds somewhere else, but I only remember seeing the oranges in that display.

Here's a size comparrison of an average tinc and a galact. The tinc is marginally bigger in terms of SVL.

That's a good pic...where did you get it?

Only flaw is not knowing what type of tinc that is.

Looks like a bakhuis, which is a dwarf. My moonshines are huge and much larger than the others I have had (red, orange and yellow)

I thought bakhuis. Which yeah is smaller then most tincs. That does help in comparison if that is a full sized red. I seemed to pick up on here that a lot of people felt they were all the same sized. This sounds like it is not the case. Thanks for the info all.

It's from Dendrobase.de, which offers visual comparrisons of darts.
I believe that's a fairly pale Bakhuis, which is one of the smaller morphs, roughly Lorenzo/Oyapock sized.

Nice to see the comparison. Zach, the three that I purchased from you are doing great. Getting pretty close to the size of a male azureus.
