Mainly because sexual selection isn't going to be the same for every frog, and even if it was the alleles for other colors is still there. Every red female isn't going to choose red males, some may want orange or yellow, etc. but if 2 reds do breed, they could possibly still carry the alleles for yellow or what have you. There are other factors at play but those are the main reasons.
