Frogs with tads and such

A few unexpected discoveries in the frog room lately...

These guys are only seven months out of the water. I thought they were still too young for this...

This was their first clutch and she eventually laid 22 eggs. Unfortunately, a rival female ate them the next day...

I gave my green aurotaenia some new leaf litter and more places to hide eggs. They just started laying recently and this was the first time I've ever had a multiple tad transport. :)



My narrow gold aurotaenia females fight during feeding time. These sure are pretty frogs...



I'd stopped pulling cobalt eggs for a long time and thought the snails would eventually get them all. This is the first time I've seen him transport a tad.

I like you're collection! Nice frogs and nice pics.
I haven't seen many aurotaenia yet but I sure like them.
Maybe I can get them here in the Netherlands!
