The plants simply are desiccated, by the looks of things.

Mist the viv as much as the plants need to live; misting is for watering the plants (at the roots, so don't be shy with the duration of a daily misting session).

Ventilate the viv as much as the plants and frogs need to not be continually saturated. Ventilation is for adjusting the humidity, usually downward, so don't be shy with opening up the venting.
I think I could turn and live with animals, they are so placid and self-contain'd.
