Hmm so two contradicting experiences with the Coco liners. Did yours also have the oily feel to it?
Both cork to cork and cork to the glass.
In my latest build I didn't do a full background only a few pieces of cork bark attached to the back. I used cork pieces and sphagnum moss to fill in the gaps behind the main pieces of cork.
Yes the coco mat had a BIT of an oily texture to it. But not anything that caused me great concern.
