I use ten SD panels. Explosive growth compared to daylight-ish T5HO.

Some flo tubes will have a better color rendering/higher CRI. This may be what you're seeing, but that doesn't explain the slow growth.

Are the plants actually changing color (i.e. if you put the flo tubes back on, do the plants look normal to you immediately)? If the plants are yellowing, they could be getting too much light (and perhaps photoinhibition explains the slowing of growth).

What flo lamps are you comparing the SD panels to? How long have the SD panels been in place?
