Default Loctite 5512 vs. Dow Corning 732 vs GE 2

I am attempting to "silicone" a ZooMed Cork background to an Exo Terra.

I currently have 3 different sealant/adhesives on my desk.

GE 2 - which I've gathered is very bad for root growth when used anywhere plant roots might touch.

Dow Corning 732
(data sheet - Dow Corning 732)

After a few searches it appears this is comparable to Ace Hardware's house brand of black silicone and Complies with MIL-A-46106A and FDA 177.2600. Not sure what the MIL-A number is but the FDA number I believe is "food safe".

Loctite 5512
(data sheet - Loctite 5512)

This one is an adhesive that I've found no mention on any forums I've searched.

Both Loctite and Dow Corning are old stock and the GE2 is new stock.

Are these equally safe to use if its behind the background and won't come into direct contact with plants or critters in the main vivarium area?

From the bit of digging I've been able to do it seems like the Dow Corning 732 sealant is the safest out of the 3 to use in a vivarium. Is this a bad assumption?

None of the tubes are open, so I don't know if they have an ammonia or vinegar smell.
