I do know that some locales/morphs of leucomelas are larger than others (this goes for many species in the hobby).
That may be the issue, although I am certain that I myself could not recognize a 20% difference in the size of anything unless those two things were side by side, or at least viewable in the same time frame. It could be that the viv at ABG made the frogs look larger (as when I get aquarium fish home from the LFS and am amazed to see how freakin' small they are...).
I think I could turn and live with animals, they are so placid and self-contain'd.
