I guess this can also serve as a word of warning for all of us who ship/receive frogs. You never really know who you're dealing with.
If that is the principles they operate under, then you should share their name so that others can avoid this person. If they are doing business, they need to conduct themselves accordingly. That is a disgusting statement.
