Awesome frog! He looks healthy in the picture.

Did you trade in that basking light for something else? A compact fluorescent could probably give you plenty of heat.

Do you really need the fan? With a screen top and side, natural convection should suffice. Mist the tank in the evenings with distilled water.

The abrasive green carpet should go. Add a false bottom layer with ABG, and plant some sturdy vine plant like Pepperomia obtusifolia, Hoya carnos, or pothos.
