Wow, that seems really hot. The temperature should be in the like 72F-85F -- get rid of that basking light. Staying in the water all day is a sign of stress, which is probably from the intense heat, and a sign that it's trying to cool off.

A quick skimming of the OP tells me you're lots of things wrong:
  • Temp is way too hot
  • If this is an adult, the tank is WAY too small. you should have at least a 55G tall for it

Post some pictures of the frog and enclosure, they would help diagnose additional problems
