Wow, 90 degrees sounds way too hot for any frog!
Check with rainforestjunkys.com. I remember they were breeding them at one time and may still be able to provide you care instructions. They have a care instruction for Phyllomedusa tomopterna, which may be a good starting point, except that you need a really big enclosure.
Those poops must be huge, so a fecal test will be easy.
And we need pictures!
