All sponsor, employees, agents, and contractors of said sponsor must comply with the user agreement as members of the forum. All sponsors, employees, agents, and contractors of said sponsor must comply with any federal and state law regarding the advertisement, sale, and distribution of animals, plants, products, and all other relevant subjects. Parties in violation of the preceding rules will have their banners and associated user accounts immediately removed from DendroBoard. Sponsors will not represent themselves as representatives, contractors, or agents of Dendroboard. Sponsors agree to indemnify DendroBoard.com for costs in any legal action relating to advertisement disputes. Sponsors agree to indemnify DendroBoard.com for costs and damages in any third party legal action. Sponsors may remove their banner from DendroBoard by request, but therein forfeit any prorated refund. Parties removed from DendroBoard for breach of a user agreement or violation of a law will be refunded a prorated refund minus a $25 removal fee. By subitting payment represents the sponsor that he or she has been authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the named sponsor. The sponsor agrees to the terms of this contract. 100% of the sponsorship fees are due and payable by Paypal or Credit Card with receipt of the signed contract and must be paid in full prior to listing of a banner. All fees paid are non-refundable.
