Agreed. The shipping this time of year due to insulated boxes heat pack and overnight shipping outweighs the cost of most single plant by far.
If you would wait till spring you can usually find shipping costs to be closer to $6-$8 plus cost of the plant.
Find someone locally or wait till spring when people here may even people here may offer them (Tho it is rare) inexpensively.
