If you find ANY mites upon receipt, we'll give you store credit for that culture for you to use on your next order, or if over 66% of your order is unfavorable, it will be replaced at no cost to you. We can only guarantee that there won't be mites when it leaves out hands, you must keep your cultures in a safe environment and discard after 4-5 weeks to avoid attracting mites.

I just read the "Terms" listed on your site....if I read that right, your guarantee states that Buyer must pay for shipping again even if the DOA is not the buyer's fault


Your terms say that you will gladly ship it out "with my next order" but if I order feeders and they arrive dead, I'm going to need replacements right away....and you would charge me for wanting them shipped out immediately? Am I reading that right?

The way the DOA system works is if your package arrives 2/3's alive and only 1/3 dies, then you will be given a credit for the 1/3 that arrived DOA, or you can pay for the shipping of the item and it will be replaced immediately. If your package arrives less that 2/3 alive, your order will be replaced free of charge. Things happen when shipping in cold weather, and even when we do our best job packing your order, there are weather changes that can't always be predicted, and it's noone's fault but mother nature. We do compensate you for the loss either way, even though weather changes can't be blamed on either party.
