Both types of mosses are grown from a aquatic nursery in Florida in a green house. This is not moss that was grown in a garden pond or riccia that was harvested from a river this is the good stuff and the stuff you can trust to introduce into your frog tank.

The ricca. I have plenty of Java but I am always trying to expand my moss collection and haven't gotten and ricca yet. Put aside one for me would you? I'll be there Saturday.
