Need Help on Orchid Video

Froggers, I'm trying to get a new video up about orchids and before I get too far along I want to get feedback. Please take the time to go to:

Not too bad... but its my opihion that theres a lot more to successful orchid placement than what that video offers. And I dont know if its just because Im at work, but I didnt hear anything. More comments on airflow needed, amount of blooming cycles per year, max min temps ( actual temps not intermediate, warm etc) light intensity required for blooming, amount of drying between waterings, theres more to it than most plants.

I am happy to give more suggestions via pm if you want. And I have a personal list of what I consider THE most bombproof, best bang for the buck viv orchids available to us too.

Ive scaled WAAAAY back from probably 200 species and hybrids to maybe 50. But I did just order a few more today. What can I say, I seem to be too busy for any not in a viv, and I need to make room for a mantis breeding project (hopefully!!)

But I can guarantee that everything I have in a viv is doing great, and I can definitely tell people how to be successful with the species I am working with, and have worked with in the past.
Eventually I will probably only have Restrepias and Bulbophyllums

I've posted a bunch o threads on Viv orchids, but the abridged, in my opinion must have list is this
High light and dry: we are talking under 6inches from the lights if you want: Dendrobium oligophyllum. Mine has been in bloom nonstop for over three years

Medium/high light but more moisture: Bulbophyllum kalimpong. This blooms 3 times a year for me and grows rapidly
also Pleurothallis longissima, but doesn't like the temps in the 80s quite as much

Medium light and moist: Masdevallia herradurae and striatella. These masdies can take temps up to the mid 80s and keep blooming off and on all year. Also most Restrepias fit the bill as well, bit if your Viv doesn't have seasonal cycles some might not bloom well. Most need temp dips into the 60s at night to encourage blooming. Species that are reliable are brachypus, trichoglossa, sanguinea, elegans and guttulata. Most Pleurothallis also fit into this category, and I recommend ornata, allenii, microphylla and fastidious

I've been too afraid to allow the temp to drop to the 60's for fear the frogs might not handle the temp changes. But if I am understanding, sounds like they should be able to handle it. Is this right?

What about fertilizer? Do the frogs provide enough on their own, lol?
