Default Last attemp to save my Ludisia

i posted a thread a while ago about my horrible luck with ludisia discolor.
Why cant i grow Ludisia discolor?

Thought i'd have one last try at saving these plants. Maybe even the pics will tell you the problems but without the pics of how the leaves died i'm not expecting much. A couple have been munched with snails as you can see.

Anyway what can i do to try and save them? I have heard if you put a stem in water it will start growing

I would.use a rooting hormone, laying the rhizomes on a bed of lightly moistened bed of sphagnum. I would then cover with plastic wrap and keep warm and shady. I can't keep that plant alive either, so take it as you will. Lol
