Default maple leaves?

hi every one i'm wondering if maple leaves will work good in the terrarium or if their poisonous for the frogs or anything thanks!

they should be ok. just make sure they are clean of pesticides and other harmful things that may cause harm. most people boil and then bake or microwave their leaves before putting them into a tank

I'll second that. They just won't last as long as Magnolia, Oak, or Indian Almond.

I use maple leaves as my bottom layer of leaf litter and add shredded maple leaves to my springtail cultures and vivarium substrate. They break down faster than oak.

first off...

Search function located at the top of the screen,

second,

they are safe, infact they are a great additive to the substrate because they break down quickly
