Default Brassavola in a viv?

I got this Brassavola today and have intentions of putting it in a dart frog enclosure. Does anyone have any success stories with Brassavola in a viv? I'm concerned about not enough airflow, but the way it is mounted makes me think it should be fine.
Any input would be great. Thank

Thom O.

if you lack any air circulation, then I think it would be a total waste of time. If you do have some, then it ight be worth a try (I've sen people claim they have flowered them under t-12s), but just make sure it's a very dry area in the tank (I pot minin lava rock, and only water every 4 days when the day temps are in the low 80 range) and that it gets the most light possible

PS what brassovola is it? Even some of the Nodosa cultivars get pretty large

I do not think this is a Brassavola at all. Do you have a species name? Nice plant though.

It looks like a Brassavola nodosa cross of some kind.

It's a beautiful plant. I don't think it will do well in your viv

B. NODOSA X Ctna. KEITH ROTH

I guess it was just wishful thinking on my part. I kind of figured it wouldn't do well, was hoping otherwise. Now I have to keep it alive OUT of a viv...lol
I love it anyway!

Since I guessed what it was I will accept it as a prize to grow outdoors here in sunny Florida

It just came from Florida, it said it wants to see snow, but only from indoors, so I'll have to try and keep it happy! :-)

They aren't too difficult. I have mine mounted and just toss it in a sink of water once or twice a week to let the roots soak, then let it dry out. Lots of light.
