Default Large creeper ?

I am looking for a creeping plant of some sort with large leaves that would be able to support large dendrobates.... Anything that will attach well to background .

Begonia glabra is the first plant that pops into my mind. Large deep green leaves(big enough for treefrogs), and I found it will happily stick its roots to to a dry corkbark background. A moister background will make this even easier I'd imagine. Did i mention it grows very fast and produces interesting white flowers/seedpods?

A lot of Hoya species, and even Philodendrons, can creep along a background & they have fairly sturdy leaves.

I concur with Antone's suggestion of Scindapsus pictus aka Silver Philodendron. The leaves are sturdy enough to hold two mature trivittatus so I suspect they'll hold whatever frogs you have in mind.
