Default plants not growing

I am in the process of moving and have gotten my plants all moved but they are no longer growing and are in fact dieing and i have no clue why. I have a tank set up using the black jungle method and substrate. I have been using the fertilizer that they recommend and have 2 4' t-8 bulbs over the plants. my temps have increased about 2 degrees durring the hottest part of the day. I have a moss thats no longer bright green but more yellow, a begonia, thats drying up and shriveling a bit, a vine of some sort thats yellowing and having leaves fall off some get lil balck spots on them. I'm just not sure what to try? more fertilizer, less fert, more light less light? i'm going to be moving them again to the basement. I'd include pics but not sure how to post them. Any help is appreciated.

More fertilizer will only hurt so don't try that. What was the maximum temperature. If it was 80 or so and now it's getting toward 85 it could be heat related. But it sounds to me more water related. Did you change misting cycles?

my old max temp was about 82 and my new one is about 85 so im going to move them to a cooler location in the next couple days and see. i have been adding a tsp per gallon of the black jungle recommended fertilizer to distilled water and misting 2-3 times per day. the small leafed climbing vine has lil black spots that appear and the leaf then turns yellow and drops. lately ive been using distilled water and only misting once per day and no real changes yet. I do hae this pretty cool lilttle white fungus that has recently appeared also., might that be part of the issue? let me knwo what else to try. thanks for the help
