Default Haw many watts per gallon?

Hi! I'm planting a 30 gal viv and I'm not sure my lighting is enough. I've got one 36W compact light and a 13W T5 fluorescent. The plants are ferns, green bromeliads, moss, peperomias... all them green. Is it enough? Thanks!

Should be plenty.
Most of my tanks run about 1.5-2 watts per gallon from high effeciency sources (t-5 or PC).
