Some orchids, new and old

This was my first orchid and is just beginning to bloom the second time since I first got it.

Unidentified Phalaenopsis from Lowe's



Another Phalaenopsis, that I got a few months ago from Lowe's. This Phal. did not appreciate the winter temps on the walk home, and dropped all its leaves on me. However, the roots lived and now it's regrowing. I'm very happy

Okay, now on to the new Orchids from the NYC Orchid Show. Shawn, my roommate, graciously picked up an orchid for me and another for my gf from the show.

My new orchid - a Butterfly Orchid, Psychopsis papilio. I am in love with this plant. It is spiking, so I should be graced with its amazing flower soon enough.
