Just looking at the form isn't much help. A lot of ferns look like this, so you pretty much have to have more detail, including looking at the spore patterns on the fertile fronds, growth pattern, presence of rhizomes, mature size, etc. I have something that looks exactly like this that cropped up "spontaneously" in the middle of some
Davalia (rabbits foot fern) in my P. terribilis tank. But if you got this from Wall Mart, etc., it's most likely a Nephrolepis sp. or Boston Fern, that will be too large for a frog tank in the long run. This Victorian "table fern" is my over-all guess, based on the facts available.
