Default Where to get moss?

I have been looking around at all the sponsor linnks and at local nursuries and cant find any moss for my viv.

I found some irish moss today and picked it up, only to find that it probably will not work in the conditions in the terrarium. I took a little and planted it in the dryer soil but suspect it will die off in a few days.

anyone have any ideas where i can get some moss? I am really looking for something that will function as ground cover ideally.

Thanks
Justin

Do you HAVE to have moss?? I ask b/c leaf litter works just as well and moss usually just dies off. I've found a good candidate for our vivs but I haven't found a way to obtain a lot of it yet.

Is it the look you're after?

Yeah, its mostly the look im going for... I dont really need it but my tank is short and long and could use some good ground cover. (not the ideal shape, but one cant argue with a free tank)
