Default Topics for plant FAQ?

I think this thread is in need of a FAQ sticky. What topics do you think would be a good addition to a FAQ thread?

Kyle, it needs to be put in here IMO. If its plant related at least b/c I have a feeling the newbies won't look in the beginner's section.

Some topics for the FAQ could be...

soil mixes
plants that work in the terrarium
mounting bromeliads
plants for backgrounds
orchids that work

Kyle, yea, I can do that. If anyone would like to contribute articles on anything in particular let me know and I'll make sure you get credit.

Antone, he's talking about making one thread in here and linking to it like in the beginners section.

Removing pups

Ahh okay. Well I could probably help with the bromeliad aspect of it. Mounting, cutting pups and good species for the terrarium.

We could all probably give our personal soil mixes.

What about a short list of very fast-growing/invasive species for a beginner to avoid (I'm thinking of folks being totally overwhelmed by maintenance in a first tank that might turn them off to the hobby); or a short list of VERY easily cared for plants that would work well for someone with little to no plant experience?

$0.02.
I'll butt out now. ops:
