They really are probably one of my favorite genus... Def not tank friendly but wonderful none the less.

doncoyote, it looks a lot like Anubias lanceolata to me.

All I've got blooming right now is N. ampullacaea:

Oops, typo! Masdevallia cesastes, the Snake Head Masdevallia should read Masdevallia cerastes. Sorry about that.
