Default Broms for english gardens

I picked up a brom and an airplant from english gardens. They didn't have any identification, and ideas on what they might be, how to mount them, and any other care info would be appreciated.

Here is the brom I got for 9 dollars. It is flowering and looks like it has 3 pups starting to appear.

The first one is a Guzmania of some sort it looks like. Guzmanias can be grown terrestrially or epiphytically. Just make sure they don't get soggy or they will rot. I'm growing my Guz's epiphytically.

The air plant should be done epiphytically and allowed to completely dry out between watering. A good way to keep them is to just let them soak in a bath for like 15 minutes once a week or so and then let them stay dry the rest of the time with decent humidity.
