Default got a new flash took some new photos

finally got a 580 exii with a gary fong lightsphere diffuser. Took some quick photos last night and wanted to share.

Oh Damn!!!!!! that isopod will haunt my nightmares.

Great shots. Whats the lens info for the isopod shot?

all were shot with canon 100mm macro I have been shooting macro for awhile but with no flash which for frog photos was just about impossible. I really feel the diffuser is a must though without it the frogs are almost like another light source since the reflect so much light.
