Default Amphibians of Costa Rica and Panama

I'll use this thread to post a collection of photos and video taken while traveling around CR/Panama a few weeks ago.

First up, some videos of Allobates talamancae on Isla Colon, near Playa Bluff, in the Bocas del Toro, Panama.

Next we have Silverstoneia flotator calling in La Gamba, Costa Rica....

and Oophaga pumilio calling at La Selva Biological Research Station, Costa Rica.

Next up we have a male Phyllobates lugubris transporting tadpoles...

and a male Bufo coniferus calling his heart out after a storm...

along with a number of new metamorphs and thousands of tadpoles.

Getting up close and personal with Teratohyla pulverata (formerly H. pulveratum)...
