Default semi flexable epoxy and pigment?

looking to do water feature work with epoxy. i'd like something with a bit of flex, not that it will be flexing, but id like room for expansion to avoid cracking. It seems like it would hold up better right? I've looked a bit online, but all the epoxy sites were talking about buying by the gallon, and the pigment was in large quantities too. not sure i need quite that much. Anyone know of anywhere i can get a safe epoxy and pigment in an amount fitting for the job? Or am i stuck buying a gallon and looking for uses for epoxy?

The good stuff pretty much is only sold by the gallon (i.e. Polygem), but if you maintain your interest in frogs/vivs you'll have no trouble using it up over time.
