Default increasing the amount of light in one part of a vivarium

I was wondering if it was possible to increase the amount of light that one of my plants is getting without putting in a new light fixture. I don't think my Myrmecodia Echinata is getting enough light because it had trouble bearing fruit and is losing its bottom leaves. Is it possible to use a reflective material to direct more light at it?

Thanks
Caden

Well, I mean what kind of appliance are the bulbs in? Any pictures you could post would be helpful also.
