Default Is there a 15 or 10 Gallon "thin" aquarium?

At the last MARS show, I saw what was described as a 10 gallon "thin" or some such thing. I was told that it was taken in trade for another aquarium, so the second seller didn't know too much about it.

I am sure all glass or some other companies will custom make anything.....but does anyone know of a mass produced tank of that size?

Thanks,

Phil

I have a 10g long. It is 24L x 8W x 12.5H. Don't see them too often in stores, but it is a pretty cool little tank. I use it for newely morphed froglets.

If you can find the company that makes and a local seller they should be able to order them.

Many years ago, when I worked in fish stores, we sold "show" tanks. They were basically what you are describing. The tanks were fairly normal height, but longer and the depth (front to back) was much shallower. The theory being the fish had no choice but to be in the front of the tank in full view.

Maybe they still make something like that.
