Default Exoterra lights

Quick question, Exoterra compact floresent lights, there are 3 I believe, 2.0 rainforest, and a desert one also, think theres a third, but don't remember the stats or designation. I've been to their website but didn't find the info too helpfull. What are the best range for dart frogs but more specifically the plants to grow in the tank?
Thanks
Sib

I use any flourescent that is 6500K. Walmart has a two pack of the spiral sunlights in different sizes for about $8. You can find the T8 or T5 tubes in 6500K at Lowes or Home Depot. My plants and moss do well. You can see a few of my tanks in the gallery. Specific questions about the exoterra lights, no idea. I do use the hoods on my exoterra tanks and like them.

Get GE daylight compacts. It says 6500K on the side of the package. Can be found at Wal-Mart probably anywhere. Probably cheaper too and the perfect spectrum for plants.

meant daylight. Just saw them sold individually on sale at Target for under $5. I have also seen them recently at lowes. The cheapest place to find them though is walmart.
