cooling a tank below room temp

Does anybody know how to cool a tank below room temperature? I have this bombina orientalis tank that I really think I should cool down a bit as my house temperature is always kept warm. Its a ten gallon

Also, my mantella and tricolor cage could overheat during the summer. (once its finished). Any suggestions other than Aquarium chillers?

An easy way is to just put some ice on the screen and let it melt into the tank once or twice a day. This will cool the air, then cool the water in the tank which will keep it cooler.

During charlie, i put a bunch of ice on top once a day, for thte second half of the time. But the first he did fine in the heat.(five days)
