Ignore the voltage & RMP stuff in that review. You're using a fan controller so that info doesn't apply to you. That's for someone who's trying to slow down the fan using a constant 12vDC supply.
The fan controller says it can supply 18 watts per channel and there are three channels. So in order to be able to use all of that power you're going to need a power supply that can supply at least 5 amps @ 12vDC (which is hard to find). BUT, there's a catch, you're not likely going to need all of that power but the fan page doesn't spec its current usage, and the pic doesn't show it on the fan itself, so I can't answer the question. You may find that the fan controller won't work unless it's running from a computer power supply because it needs the +12v and the +5v lines to run. I'm pretty sure mine are this way.
For mine, I went to CompUSA and picked up an elcheapo AT power supply (NOT an ATX power supply) and used it for my fans. This is the one: http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...T_Power_Supply
