Default cork to section off the water section

Does this look like it will work? Anyone see any possible problems? The main problem I see would be bending the cork or finding pieces that are curved but I hear you can straighten pieces using heavy weight so why not be able to curve them as well?

And a possible variation of this theme

Hope the drawings are clear enough.

If you look on the inside of an acoustic guitar you'll see that the wood pieces that line the junction between the body and the sides have notches cut out of them. That's what I'd do to make it easy to bend the cork.

That idea will work, it's basically what I did with my 75g but I used GS. Same idea.

Thanks much Mike. Hopefully I can get all the cutting done without too many mistakes. Also thanks for the suggestion on the notches!

On the other hand, if anyone has a second opinion, I'd like to know.
