Yes, that sounds plenty big enough. If my math is right, your size is 39 gallons. I've bred bris bris in 20H before.

Your dimensions pretty much described a 40 gallon breeder vertical. That's what I keep my pum pairs in, lots of room for broms and babies. They are 36" tall instead of 32"

I don't think you can really have too big of a tank for pumilio. I have heard of people keeping pairs in 75s or larger as well as 10 verts.

edit: not sure if you were asking me or arrynia, but a 40 breeder is 36 long x 16.5 high x 18 deep, so when it's stood up like a vert, it's 36 tall, 16.5 deep and 18 long

I was just asking if it was a 35 gallon, what kind of lights would you use so the plants would grow well at the bottom of the tank .

For a 40 gallon, 3x 26 watt 6500k CF's would be sufficient and would provide enough light for most bromeliads to color up and provide enough light for most mosses to thrive. For bottom growing plants, you have a wide selection available and everyone is going to give you a different suggestion than the next. Fittonia's, many peperomia's, small philodendrons, pilea's, ferns (I could go on but I'll stop here) all will do well to make ground cover. Keep one other thing in mind, if you plan to breed pumilio, leaf litter on the bottom seems to be preferred and it aids in the establishment of springtails which the froglets must have as they are usually too small to take even the smallest of fruitflies. The adults enjoy eating them as well. The leaf litter also provides good, secure cover for the froglets.
Give the adults plenty of tadpole deposition sites such as bromeliads that hold good amounts of water. Film canisters, baby food jars and medicine bottles also make great water receptacles.

*edit* i misread your question and thought you were asking for advice on what plants to use at the bottom. sorry.

I have kept a group of "man creeks" in a 24"x24"x40" viv for about 5 years now. There are currently 2 males, 6 females, along with numerous offspring that I try to remove once they are about half grown (at any given time there are usually 4-6 juveniles in the tank). This is only possible because of the ammount of microfauna present and constantly replenished springtails. I also add a bag of oak leaves every few months.

Lighting is 3 x 96 watt 24" coralife cf fixtures.

No. With my rooms ambient temp at 70, the inside of the viv lingers aroun 78-80 when the lights are on.
