This tank was my first attempt (several years ago) at a spray foam background (I failed miserably but what the heck), the tank definitely needs an overhaul but the trio of Super Blues now residing in it seem happy so I don't want to upset the balance. They use every inch of the tank. These Auratus have such personalities, so bold. I have to be careful when I open the doors they almost jump out at me....and if they see me walk by they oftentimes come to the door and just watch me, its the funniest thing

Well an easy way to make it look a bit different is to break the flat ground surface with some rocks or pieces of wood.

I don't see that many hiding places except for that coconut?

I agree. This is a quarantine tank, I just bought these at the San Diego show the end of June. My reference materials said to put them in a simple tank to observe them to make sure there are no health issues before moving them to their permanent tank. If there are all those hiding places I can't observe them. The vendor said I could keep them together (less stress as they have been together) and I thought a 10 gal was a little small. The majority of my tanks are 35 - 55 gal.and do have hiding places. I don't think I needed to quarantine them as they are very healthy and very active
