Very nice! Thats one of the frogs I've yet to see in person. They seem to be hard to find.

I think thats because they might be on the cites 1 list now. If more people dont breed them then they will go extinct in the very near future!!!

Nick,

I'm not sure entirely accurate, there are quite few hobbyist with Leucs in their collection. Although the fine spotted leucs are not as common, I think that list is referring to Leucs in general.

It was a joke, seeing that leucs are the most popular darts on the market. Just having a little fun. Sorta like the "dendrobates plasticus" thread.

The fine spots don't seem to be as easy to breed... there isn't as big a population over this side of the pond either... I know they've been here a while but I don't know if its mostly just the small population, tricky breeding, or both that has had them never really be around much in the hobby.
