Black Jungle
Does anyone have an email address for Black Jungle? I have tried the form on their site a couple of times with no luck and I'm not able to phone them during business hours.
Thanks very much!
Cheers,

Re: Black Jungle
I was wondering the same myself lately. I think their form may be broken, i had tried using the form quite a few times before a recent trip back to ny and it has been quite a few weeks and I still do not have a response.

Re: Black Jungle
They are often gone on weekends vending at shows (they were vending at a flower/plant show this past weekend). They can receive hundreds of e-mail inquiries within a day or two (keep in mind, although they focus quite a bit on dendrobatids and the small niche hobby based around them, their customers and inquiries and attended shows run the gammut of herpetological hobbies and supplies, not to mention plants...). Imagine how this can build up during a 3-4 day weekend spent vending (which you need to be fully present at as you deal with customers who are visiting your table...not distracted by answering e-mails ad naseum on your iPhone every two minutes).
Give them a call. As was mentioned, if you want to guarantee getting ahold of them, this is by far the most effective way.

Re: Black Jungle
Ok all lets be careful of the "vendor feedback" rules.
As already stated please pick up a phone as already stated it is the best way to contact them. With that said said many junk email filters can make it rather hard at times when nearly everyone uses a hotmail, yahoo, and gmail account.

Re: Black Jungle
mike I agree calling them is the best thing to do . I've e-mailed them a few times with no response , but when I've called I've much better luck. The phone
call more times than not Ive talked to Richard , and every time he has more
than answered my questions and I can say for being at warp speed he generally
spent more than ample time in conversation. Hope this helps

Re: Black Jungle
Calling's the best for me, but people callinglong distance may want to use the form. I can tell you it works, because I've got a response from it.
Their emails are email@blackjungle.com and revis@comcast.net
That second one seems like it would be personal but I got a business response from it.
